We are now at a pivot point and are developing software tools to help business advisors deliver governance consulting services to their small- to medium-sized clients.

Meet our Principal
Kathryn Cosgrove BA MBA CMC
Founder & Principal
Kathryn Cosgrove leads Cosgrove & Co. and has over 20 years experience in management consulting.
Kathryn brings a unique style to all client engagements. Her deep experience in 'all things board-related', laser-sharp questions, and sense of humour, drive tremendous value for every client and business situation.
Kathryn's past experience has included Chief of Staff and Partner of Firm Governance at Deloitte, Canada's largest professional services firm.

Since 2018, Kathryn has served Boards of varying sizes through her private consulting practice. She is engaged on a range of topics but has a unique skillset in the areas of governance assessment, transformation, and service delivery.

On a personal level, Kathryn has served on various Boards of Directors including a 150-year old arts organization in Toronto. She is currently a Non-Executive Director for a private corporation serving remote indigenous communities.
